Club News - September 2016

We had a great meeting with good attendance. Discussed on our upcoming One Day Coin Show on Sept 24th, 2016. Everything is set for the show and I welcome everyone on behalf of TNC. If anybody wants to have a table at our show, please contact us at the earliest. Our Show ads are now in Tallahassee Democrat, Senior Center Marquee and on several websites. Thanks to Ms. Carter, Senior Center. 

Activities We had: 

Dr. Hemanth gave a short presentation on World's first Plastic Coins and Currencies. World's first Plastic Coins were released for circulation from Transnistria (http://news.coinupdate.com/transnistria-to-introduce-plastic-circulation-coins-4441/) in 2014. Had good interaction.

Mr. Jerry  won the raffle (1oz Silver Coin) this month....Congrats..!!!

This show is an unique opportunity to congregate and trade materials. There is no admission charge and parking is free. Tallahassee Coin Club News - April 2016
Yesterday we had a very long meeting and discussed on various aspects of club activities. 

Mr. Paul (President) showed us few items that he bought recently at an auction related to Denver mint. Also he had several coins to pick through. We all had a very good night.

In the meeting we decided to host our 4th Annual (5th overall) One Day Coin Show on October 1st (Saturday). 

From next meeting onward we will be having several activities, please do attend.
